1. COLMAT is an aqueous dispersion acrylic copolymer used as an elastic waterproofing sealant.
2. Forms a flexible and waterproof film once dry.
3. Highly UV resistant.
4. Adheres to all types of surfaces such as masonry, tiles, slates, fibre cement, chipboard, bitumen coatings, zinc, aluminium, galvanised steel, PVC….
5. Solvent and CMR free.
6. Applied in two coats, with or without a non-woven mesh for improved resistance.
7. Classified A for VOC emissions.

PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR USE IN

Used in new builds or renovation for waterproofing: traditional roofing, balcony or terrace roofing with limited accessibility (slope ≥ 1%), metal roofing, façades, exterior and/or interior walls (cellars, basements, damp rooms…).

Also suitable for repairing tiles, guttering, drains, cracks, or waterproofing repairs....
